No it isnt because we dont know the exact words of her contract because were not hers or disneys lawyers so stop acting like a know it all when youre not aswell Disney can claim act of god due to pandemic which can pretty get out of anything.

Notice how disneys lawyers didnt flat out say that shes earned that additional compensation? Probably because she hasnt.
Seems like a good ground for argument, can't wait to find out how disneys lawyers pull off another "miracle".
Her lawyers reached out to disney when they first heard that it might be released on disney plus to try to renegotiate so it wouldnt be breach of contract, and were met with silence from disneys legal team.

What we need to do is convince disneys lawyers to stop representing disney and sue them instead bc theyll make even more money that way and the mouse will burn.
Lol they will settle outside of court mate disneys lawyers already know how this chess game will play out and so do Scarletts lawyers its just a matter of how much compensation they will be willing to give to avoid court.
